1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Because our products are shipped directly from our international distribution centers in China to provide you with the best prices:

• Estimated delivery time: 15 to 30 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (or Free Shipping if applicable).

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Norvex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Tracking Information

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
